Welcome to TouriX. By downloading or using the TouriX app and our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Using the app
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (often 18, or 13+ with parental consent where allowed). You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep your account secure. If you notice any unauthorized use, contact us.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we believe harm the service or other users.
Your use of the service
We give you a limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content (except your own).
- Use the app for anything illegal or that violates others’ rights.
- Use bots or automated tools to access the service without our permission.
- Remove or change any legal or attribution notices in the app.
Your content and behavior
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you give us the right to use, show, and store it as needed to run and improve the service (e.g. showing your posts, supporting features, backups). You are responsible for your content and must not post anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others’ rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Bookings and payments
Bookings and in-app purchases may be subject to third-party terms (e.g. app stores, payment providers). We are not responsible for their fees or policies. Refunds and cancellations follow their rules and any confirmation we send you.
Location and other features
Some features (e.g. maps, navigation) need location access. You can allow or revoke this in your device settings. By using these features, you agree to our use of location as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The app may use or link to other services (e.g. maps, sign-in, payments). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or actions.
Our intellectual property
The app, its design, and our branding are owned by TouriX or our licensors. You may not use our name, logos, or content without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. We are not liable for decisions you make based on content or features in the app. You use the service at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. lost profits or data) arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater. Some countries do not allow these limitations; where that applies, our liability is limited as much as the law permits.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or for other reasons we consider necessary. When access ends, your right to use the service stops. Terms that by nature should continue (e.g. liability, disputes) will still apply.
Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. For important changes, we may notify you in the app. If you keep using the app after changes, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and you may delete your account.
General
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any in-app terms for specific features, are the full agreement between you and TouriX. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent.
